Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original box, ensuring that fragile goods like candles and ceramics are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
